Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of park facilities including playgrounds, trails, and athletic courts
- Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Assist with special events, sports leagues, and community programs
- Enforce park rules and provide exceptional customer service to visitors
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members on beautification projects and seasonal preparations
- Complete safety inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors
- Experience with grounds maintenance or recreational facility operations
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of park safety protocols and first aid certification
- Ability to work independently and in all weather conditions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
