Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, landscaping, litter removal, and facility upkeep
- Support recreational programs (sports leagues, fitness classes, youth camps)
- Enforce park safety rules and assist visitors with information
- Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team during special events and cleanup initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
