Responsibilities
- Administer ERISA compliance reviews for multi-employer pension plans
- Analyze financial statements and actuarial reports for regulatory adherence
- Conduct on-site audits of pension plan administrators
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for federal oversight
- Advise employers on fiduciary responsibilities and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with legal teams on enforcement actions
- Develop training materials for pension plan trustees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years pension plan administration experience
- ERISA and DOL regulations expertise
- CPA or CEBS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance
