Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls and non-emergency dispatch requests with precision and empathy
- Operate CAD/RMS systems and radio communication equipment during emergency incidents

- Provide critical information to field units during active situations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- US citizenship and valid Virginia driver's license
