Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years of policy analysis or government administration experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Oregon state and local government structures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oregon driver's license (required for field visits)
