Qualifications

- 2+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Texas legislative processes and government structures
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Texas driver's license may be required
