Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years of research experience in government or non-profit sector
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or Stata) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with DC government structure and policy processes
- Valid driver's license (for occasional field visits)
