Responsibilities
- Process public inquiries and applications for municipal permits/licenses
- Assist with document scanning, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Support data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Collaborate with department staff on special projects
- Maintain accurate records in municipal databases
- Participate in community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months customer service or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
