Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced government environment
- Basic knowledge of Texas government structure preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
