Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, hand tools) safely
- Assist in storm drain cleaning and debris removal
- Support park beautification and landscaping projects
- Participate in snow removal and winter weather operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report maintenance issues and complete work logs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool experience
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Kentucky driver's license required
