- Update and maintain departmental filing systems and databases
- Assist in preparing records for legal or historical purposes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Laserfiche, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of Nebraska public records laws (NRS 24-201 to 24-218)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if occasional off-site records retrieval)
