Responsibilities
- Digitize and catalog physical records using county databases
- Respond to public records requests via phone/email
- Verify document authenticity and maintain audit trails
- Organize archived materials in climate-controlled storage
- Assist with FOIA compliance documentation
- Collaborate with records management team on retention policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
- Texas driver's license preferred
- 1+ years records management experience preferred
