- Maintain and organize digital/physical records in compliance with Nebraska public records statutes

- Provide courteous assistance to citizens and staff during record inquiries
- Adhere to all confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive documents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and county security clearance
- Basic knowledge of public records regulations
