Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the filing system for departmental records, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Process incoming correspondence, mail, and electronic communications with attention to detail.
- Assist visitors and citizens by answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks while strictly adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Update and maintain digital databases and paper files in compliance with government standards.
- Assist the administrative team with special projects and general office support duties.

Qualifications
