Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and digital federal records in compliance with strict security protocols.
- Digitize incoming documents using high-speed scanners and optical character recognition software.
- Retrieve and distribute sensitive files for federal investigators and agency personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the regional director.
- Maintain the filing system to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval of information.
- Answer incoming federal inquiries regarding document status and office hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in Office Management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a records management or administrative support role.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
