Responsibilities
- Digitize and index physical documents to create a comprehensive digital archive.
- Assist in the retrieval of sensitive records for state and local agency staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding federal data and personnel records.
- Sort, file, and shelve materials in accordance with retention schedules.
- Perform routine data entry tasks to update client databases.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to improve filing efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in records management or administrative support preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for government security clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of files weighing up to 25 lbs.
