Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of recreation facilities and equipment
- Monitor activities to ensure participant safety and adherence to policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and program participants
- Complete facility inspections and maintenance reports
- Support special events and seasonal programs as assigned
- Maintain accurate attendance and equipment inventory records
- Collaborate with full-time staff to deliver high-quality recreational experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
