Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and distribution of official state documents and correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Support senior staff with general administrative duties, scheduling, and special projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and report needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
