Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of departmental files and case information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the public via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of state documentation and forms.
- Perform data entry and update departmental databases to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other state agencies and divisions to coordinate services.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and local government regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or government setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within part-time hours.
