Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to state employees via phone and email.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Perform routine data entry and record management duties.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot network and system issues.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable attendance is mandatory.
