Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of passengers, carry-on baggage, and cargo using advanced imaging technology and X-ray equipment.
- Identify and detain prohibited items in accordance with TSA security directives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Adhere to all Federal regulations, policies, and procedures regarding aviation security.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe screening checkpoint environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient passenger flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Medical: Ability to pass a standard medical examination and drug screening.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect anomalies in imagery.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
