Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail and packages to residential and business customers along assigned routes.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld scanners and electronic devices.
- Ensure the safe handling and organization of mail, including parcels and certified mail.
- Adhere to all safety regulations regarding driving and walking on routes.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required.
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs frequently.
- Excellent vision (corrected or uncorrected) and color perception.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
