Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in pension administration or federal benefits
- Proficiency with federal databases (e.g., SSA's MAXIS system)
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday scheduling
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, TPAF, and federal pension regulations
- Strong analytical skills for resolving complex benefit calculations
- Active federal background investigation clearance (or ability to obtain)
