Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) certification
- Advanced proficiency in SAP HR and pension management software
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and fiduciary standards
