Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund disbursements and contributions with 100% accuracy
- Process retirement applications and member inquiries within SLA requirements
- Conduct compliance audits for ERISA and state regulations
- Generate quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with HR departments on member eligibility verification
- Implement policy updates per legislative changes
- Maintain secure digital records using proprietary state systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension administration or retirement plan experience
- FINRA Series 65 or 66 certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Ability to work independently during night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Tennessee pension regulations
- Excellent written communication for remote stakeholder interactions
