- Administer daily payment processing for pension disbursements to 50,000+ beneficiaries
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Texas state pension laws
- Conduct annual valuations and actuarial reporting for multi-employer plans
- Develop strategic investment strategies for $1.5B+ pension portfolio
- Lead participant education workshops on retirement planning options
- Collaborate with auditors and legal teams for quarterly compliance reviews
- Implement digital transformation projects for pension benefit systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration required
- 5+ years' pension administration or benefits management experience
- SPBC, QKA, or ASPPA certification preferred
- Expertise in daily payroll systems and benefit disbursement protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and pension management software
