Responsibilities
- Manage entire pension plan lifecycle from enrollment to disbursement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and DC pension laws
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., UltiPro, PeopleSoft)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Professional designation (e.g., CEBS, QPA) preferred
