Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or retirement services experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or ASPPA designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, NaviPlan)
- Deep knowledge of 401(a), 457(b), and governmental pension regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to financial detail
