Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension administration or benefits management experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS codes, and Texas state pension regulations
- Advanced proficiency in pension software systems (e.g., Millennium, Oracle HCM)
- Certified Pension Administrator (CPA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred
