Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal and audit teams for compliance reviews
- Manage member communications regarding plan changes and benefits
- Develop reports for stakeholders including trustees and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or retirement benefits experience
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Albridge, Enboard)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and California pension codes
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
