Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ERISA and Georgia state retirement regulations
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding retirement accounts and benefits
- Prepare monthly and annual pension plan reports for state auditors
- Coordinate with payroll departments for accurate contribution tracking
- Implement weekend shift operations for critical transaction processing
- Conduct benefit eligibility reviews and retirement counseling sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of pension plan or retirement fund administration experience
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Ceridian)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Georgia retirement laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA) preferred
