- Assist in annual pension audits and benefit statement distributions
- Collaborate with HR departments on employee retirement planning
- Support pension plan data management and record-keeping systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in benefits, pensions, or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic understanding of retirement plan structures (401k, pensions, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license may be required for occasional travel
