Responsibilities
- Process pension enrollment forms and documentation with precision
- Assist in calculating benefit estimates using specialized software
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate pension records in compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate with finance team on quarterly reporting
- Prepare correspondence for retirees and active members
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Zero experience required – we provide full training
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (will train)
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if applicable)
