Responsibilities
- Monitor 100+ federal pension plans for ERISA compliance violations using proprietary analytics systems
- Conduct forensic audits of retirement fund investments and fiduciary responsibilities
- Investigate whistleblower complaints and resolve fiduciary breaches within 72-hour SLA
- Develop policy recommendations for improving pension plan safety protocols
- Collaborate with IRS and SEC on multi-agency financial investigations
- Maintain real-time compliance dashboards with automated alert systems
- Train federal auditors on pension plan risk assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in pension plan administration or federal compliance
- ERISA/IRS 401(k) certification (CEBS or QKA required)
- Expert knowledge of fiduciary responsibility under 29 CFR Part 2510
- Advanced proficiency in compliance analytics tools (e.g., PlanGuard, ComplianceEase)
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven track record of resolving complex fiduciary disputes
