Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday)
