Responsibilities

- Process retirement applications and coordinate with state agencies for documentation

- Respond to participant inquiries via phone and secure messaging systems
- Generate monthly pension reports and actuarial projections
- Collaborate with finance teams on pension fund accounting
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday)
