Responsibilities

- Analyze pension fund performance data and recommend investment strategy adjustments
- Coordinate with state auditors and third-party administrators for compliance reviews
- Develop weekend-specific financial literacy materials for public sector workers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or retirement benefits experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Missouri state pension laws
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM) and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
