Responsibilities
- Process and maintain pension enrollment records using specialized software
- Assist with retirement benefit calculations and eligibility verifications
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding pension policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly contribution reports for participating agencies
- Support annual pension audits and compliance documentation
- Update participant information in secure databases
- Collaborate with HR departments on retirement planning workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
