Responsibilities
- Process pension applications and retirement benefit calculations with precision
- Advise participants on pension plan options, eligibility requirements, and distribution methods
- Ensure strict compliance with Texas state pension laws and IRS regulations
- Maintain accurate participant records and documentation in secure systems
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve complex pension-related inquiries
- Conduct periodic audits of pension accounts to identify discrepancies

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency with pension software (e.g., Millennium, PSERS) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of ERISA, IRS 403(b) regulations, and Texas pension statutes
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for participant interactions
