- Collaborate with HR departments on employee enrollment and exit procedures
- Generate monthly reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Develop educational materials for retirement planning workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and Texas pension laws
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, BenefitFocus)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Certified Public Pension Administrator (CPPA) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
