Responsibilities
- Process retirement applications and pension enrollment paperwork
- Maintain accurate participant records in pension management systems
- Calculate benefits using actuarial formulas and regulatory guidelines
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding pension plans and retirement options
- Assist with compliance reporting for governmental pension regulations
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for pension fund investments
- Support annual pension audits with documentation and data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, or pension administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
