Responsibilities

- Conduct eligibility audits for federal pension plans across PA and CA
- Coordinate with actuaries for quarterly benefit valuations
- Develop compliance reports for DOL and IRS submissions
- Train federal employees on retirement planning resources
- Manage participant inquiries via secure portals and correspondence
- Assist in pension plan document revisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Basic knowledge of ERISA and IRS 401(k) regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance
