- Collaborate with payroll and HR systems to maintain accurate pension records

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Expert knowledge of federal retirement systems (TSP, FERS, CSRS)
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, GBA, or similar) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and benefit administration software
