Responsibilities

- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury on plan design and funding strategies
- Provide technical guidance to federal agencies on pension administration best practices
- Analyze plan financials and recommend adjustments to ensure long-term sustainability
- Lead cross-functional projects to modernize pension systems and digital services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in pension plan administration or federal benefits management
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and federal retirement systems (FERS/CSRS)
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., FIS, Milliman) and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and financial data
- Federal government security clearance eligibility (required)
- SHRM-SCP or CEBS certification preferred
