Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CBP)
- Proficiency in federal retirement systems (FERS/CSRS)
- Expertise in ERISA and IRS compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
