Responsibilities
- Process and verify pension enrollment applications using proprietary software
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding retirement benefits and eligibility
- Maintain accurate participant records in compliance with ERISA guidelines
- Collaborate with auditors during annual compliance reviews
- Generate monthly benefit statements and distribution reports
- Support outreach initiatives for pre-retirement planning workshops
- Assist in updating pension plan documents and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
