- Implement fiduciary best practices and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead system upgrades for pension administration software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years pension administration experience in government/public sector
- SPB, QKA, or ASPPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Deep knowledge of California PERS and federal retirement systems
- Proven compliance auditing and regulatory reporting experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to complex financial details
