Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency in government compliance regulations (ERISA, IRS 401(k) rules)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial calculations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Valid Kansas government security clearance or ability to obtain one
