- Prepare comprehensive pension reports for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on policy updates
- Utilize specialized pension software for data management
- Respond to complex member inquiries regarding retirement planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and CA pension laws
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for member interactions
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Government/public sector experience preferred
