Responsibilities
- Administer pension fund investments and distribution strategies for 500,000+ beneficiaries
- Process complex retirement applications and benefit calculations during night shift hours
- Ensure strict compliance with ERISA, IRS, and Georgia state pension regulations
- Conduct evening consultations with retirees and active employees regarding pension options
- Generate analytical reports on fund performance and actuarial projections
- Collaborate with investment teams during market-sensitive overnight periods
- Maintain secure digital records of all pension transactions and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or retirement services experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial data with absolute discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, pension administration software (e.g., Oracle HCM), and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex retirement scenarios
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
